Our fleet of Ambulance vehicles are fully equipped with all the necessary medical drugs and equipment to deal with both adult and paediatric patients who suffer injury or become unwell at your event. 

Our 4×4 response vehicles can also be utilised to support our high quality staff for events with difficult access and remote settings to ensure safety isn’t compromised and that patients are treated within a timely manner.

How it works

Before Event

We will liaise with, and advise your event organisers on how to achieve the appropriate level of care required. An initial risk assessment coupled with our years of event medical experience will give the organiser an insight into our event planning with regards to emergency access and egress, distance to the nearest A and E and planned protocols in emergency patient care.

During the Event

During your event a senior member of staff on site will be made readily available for contact to ensure the event runs safely and as planned. They will dispatch our resources and staff appropriately as and when required, giving you as an organiser one less thing to worry about. All of our resources are equipped with long distance radio systems to which you will have access too during the event for prompt communication. Any treatment administered or injury diagnosed will be appropriately documented for review and insurance purposes.

After the Event

Following your event you will be contacted to ensure our service was satisfactory, we strive on exceeding expectations. A full report of any incidents attended will be provided, along with copies of any necessary casualty documentation if appropriate and agreed. A reflective debrief meeting can also help with future event planning and risk reduction.
