Working in partnership with the NHS, our non-emergency patient transport service also serves the private client and the public. This service is designed to transport individuals with health and mobility problems over short and long distance journeys with comfort and medical expertise.

We operate ambulance crews daily for planned journeys but are also able to dispatch an ambulance crew at short notice if required. 

All of our ambulance vehicles are equipped with removable ambulance stretchers to ensure patient comfort and specialist devices that allow us to carry individuals with poor mobility to the ambulance. They also have the capability to safely transport individuals in their own wheelchairs using specialist equipment.

Every patient that comes into contact with 121 Medical Services is treated with dignity, respect, care and compassion by our friendly and helpful staff to help them feel safe and reassured on their journey.

All our vehicles are crewed with staff who are qualified above the standard needed for this service. Our vehicles are also fitted as standard with oxygen, defibrillators and other essential life saving emergency equipment for your peace of mind.

We regularly provide ambulances to patients who need assistance to and from their appointments, their admission or discharge from hospital or simply to relocate from one place to another such as a nursing or care home.
